**Due to COVID-19, the professor will not be able to enter Taiwan at this moment. Students must meet minimum credit requirements even if this course is canceled.

This is an introductory course about Japanese labor and employment law.
It covers recent legal topics and challenges in the Japanese workplace, such as dismissals, balanced treatment of non-regular workers, and unfair labor practice, etc.
